  • Why should I hire Central Coast Poo Patrol?
    We are responsible, professional, insured and cost effective. * you don’t like to scoop poop, we “doo” * you don’t have the time to do it * no arguing about who has “poop patrol”? * your children can play outside, poop FREE.
  • Where do you clean?
    Anywhere your dog goes: Grass, Concrete, Deck, Etc…
  • How am I billed?
    Credit cards, and cash are accepted.
  • Is dog waste good for my lawn?
    Absolutely not! Dogs eat protein based food products. Dog waste contains bacteria and parasites that can be harmful to your family, pets and lawn.
  • Is it ok for my lawn service to mow the grass before you come?
    Certainly, we don’t mind. Most lawn services set their blades high enough so that they don’t hit the waste. Lawn services don’t like to clean their equipment from the waste. We will make sure we scoop it all.
  • Will the technician close my gate?
    It is our #1 priority. Upon leaving we shut the gate and even tug on it to be sure its closed.
  • How can I start or stop service?

  • Do I have to be there when you come for service?
    You do not have to be. We service yards each week and have never had a problem.
  • How do you dispose of the waste?
    It is removed from your property and is disposed of in accordance with city, county and state regulations.
  • What happens if you can’t get in to my yard?
    The first time, we’ll waive the charges for that day and contact you to resolve the issue. Any future occurrences you will be charged regular fees. (If we have to miss a day the next visit will have more waste to scoop)
  • Is my personal information safe with you?
    We NEVER sell or share information about you with anyone.
  • How Often Does Your Company Come Out?
    Most of our customers prefer twice per week or once a week service. We also scoop every other week and do One time cleanings as well. Please note that we will clean your yard on your service day, but we can not guarantee the same time every visit. Our schedules and routes are constantly changing.
  • What Happens If The Weather Is Bad?
    We work in just about any weather conditions. We will not work in lightning, or severe thunderstorms. You do get charged, as we will have more to scoop the next visit.
  • Should I Unlock My Gate?
    Yes. We will not climb or jump over fences. Please have your gate unlocked on your service day. You may provide us with a key to the lock if that will be convenient for you.
  • Can We Work With Your Dog In The Yard?
    If your dogs are friendly, and will allow strangers in your yard, then yes we can work with your dogs in your yard. If your dogs are aggressive or vicious we can not work with them in your yard. They will have to be out of the yard while we are cleaning it.
  • What If I Want To Skip A Day Or I Go On Vacation?
    Please call us in advance, so we do not come to your property. You will not be charged if we have prior notice. You do get charged if you do not notify us and we come to your property.
  • Do I Have To Sign A Contract?
    We can start and stop service over the phone, so we have no contracts to sign regarding service.

    We strive to provide perfect service, but if there is ever a time when our service does not meet your expectations, please contact us ASAP. We will make it right!!
